While the use of logo call, change call and brand, SEBI requested IAs and RAs to prominently show on portal or website, if any, note boards, show boards, advertisements, publications, know-your-consumer (KYC) paperwork and consumer agreements, call of the IA or RA as registered with SEBI, its brand, its registration wide variety and its whole cope with with smartphone numbers.

Further, IAs and RAs are mandated to place out a disclaimer declaring that "Registration granted with the aid of using SEBI, club of BASL (in case of IAs) and certification from NISM in no manner assure overall performance of the middleman or offer any warranty of returns to investors" at the portal or internet site, if any, note board, show boards, advertisements, publications, KYC paperwork, consumer agreements, statements or reviews or some other shape of correspondence with the consumer.
